We requested a room change and were upgraded to the Pavilion Club with a city view, which was a great gesture. The variety of breakfast and dining options was excellent, with rapid service.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Customer service was generally good, Check in time was at 11.30am which is a bit of a wait, especially after an early morning flight from overseas. The place has nice pool and breakfast facilities. The breakfast spread is really great to kickstart your day, especially if you are traveling for work. The rooms do have a bit of wear and tear due to the age of the property, but given that I use this hotel purely for work-trips it is acceptable. I wouldn't use this for a leisure trip. What is most convenient is the hotel location and the fact that they have a lovely rooftop bar with its own micro-brewery.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spacious with all necessary amenities and accessories, the breakfast was perfect as was the espresso coffee. Perfect organization of the airport transfer. Big shop in the hotel - scarfs, souvenirs, jewellery and many more.

The rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious. The hotel itself was centrally located. The facilities were great too. All the staff were wonderful. There was a big event happening at the hotel the weekend we stayed so the lobby and restaurants were pretty busy and filled with people.
